The Croydon Directory

Croydon, Greater London

Croydon’s modern skyline stands alongside Surrey Street’s working market, whose history reaches back to 1276, and the red-brick Town Hall and Clocktower. The Croydon Directory connects businesses around those central streets with South Croydon, Addiscombe, Waddon and Shirley, as well as wider borough communities including Purley and Coulsdon. The Museum of Croydon, David Lean Cinema and Fairfield Halls add cultural settings to its everyday shopping and service centres. People can browse retailers, trades, places to eat, health services and community groups by category and area. Businesses can submit a free standard profile containing a description, services, website, contact options and image. Submissions are reviewed before publication, with an optional FastTrack + Featured upgrade for priority review and additional prominence. Guides introduce local culture, market browsing, parks and community contacts, plus shopping across Surrey Street, retail centres and specialists. What’s On lists dated events with organiser links, alongside a guide to business promotion. Owners can maintain their details through an emailed edit link, while customers contact providers directly without a directory commission.
